What time does the boat depart? Please check the tour product page. If you have already purchased a ticket then this will show the departure time on it.

Do you provide snorkelling masks?  Yes, available to rent at 5 EUR.

Can we bring food and drinks? Yes, you are allowed. Although you can easily purchase from beach stops.

Can we pay by card on the boat?  No, unfortunately only cash is accepted.

Do we need to bring our own towels?  Yes, you need to bring your own towels as we do not provide these on board.

Are there life jackets on board? In case of an emergency, there are life jackets available for every passenger on board. If you wish to use a life jacket for recreational purposes, please note that the supply is limited. We can provide one at no cost, subject to availability. Simply ask a crew member for assistance once you are on board.

Is the boat wheelchair accessible? None of our boats are wheelchair accessible.

Is the boat stroller accessible?  It is accessible only for foldable strollers.
